This whisky has a unique nose of ginger biscuits and heapings of plum jam. rich peanut butter and cinnamon, complimented by floral honey leads to rich milk chocolate and spoon of treacle. a hint of all spice on the palate, and topped off by a tonka beans and shortcrust pastry finish.

Blair Athol
The distillery stands at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands in the picturesque town of Pitlochry, Perthshire and near the River Tummel. Set in open moorland south of the town, in the foothills of the Grampian mountains, Blair Athol’s ancient source of water the Allt Dour, flows through the grounds from the slopes of Ben Vrackie, contributing to the whisky’s, mellow quality and smooth finish. It is one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland. It was established in 1798 by John Steward and Robert Robertson. The original name was the ‘Aldour’ after the Allt Dour (Diageo 2024)
