This whisky has a unique nose of sweet heather honey and sun ripened oranges, complimented by spicy root ginger and fresh vanilla pods on the palate, and topped off by a hint of lightly toasted oak and softens the whisky’s smoky , spicey complexity finish.

Highland Park
A Scotch whisky distillery based in Kirkwall, on the rugged and wild Orkney Islands, Scotland. Centuries before Orkney became part of Scotland it was part of a large Viking Kingdom, a heritage celebrated in Highland Parks core range. The distillery was founded as an illicit still in 1798 by Magnus Euson at High Park in Kirkwall. Magnus is a direct descendant of the early Viking settlers. Highland park make whisky the same way as it was over 220 years ago using local peat and processes from those time. You can visit the distillery for tours and tastings and there is also a Shop in Kirkwall town (Highland Park, 2024)
