Redbreast distillery presents Redbreast 12 year old Cask Strength B1/22 58.1%, released in 2023. There were an unknown number of bottles in this release. This whisky has a unique nose of of exotic fruits, dried apricots and assorted spices , complimented by a rich flavour of dried fruit, mixed spices, sweet vanilla and a touch of oak on the palate, and topped off by a satisfyingly long, with spiced fruit flavour slowly giving away to toasted oak and barley finish.

Redbreast
Redbreast is a brand of single pot still Irish Whiskey produced by the Irish Distillers subsidiary of Pernod Ricard. It was originally bottled by Gilbey’s, a Dublin spirits merchant using distillate sourced from Jameson’s Bow Street Distillery. In the 1980s, the brand was purchased by Irish Distillers, the producer of Jameson. It is the largest selling single pot still Irish whiskey in the world.
