Glenallachie distillery presents Glenallachie Future 4 year old 60.2%, released in 2022. There were 10000 bottles in this release.
This whisky has a unique nose of honeycomb, dried fruits and hazelnut, with hints of smouldering oak, dark chocolate and warm cinnamon apples, complimented by lashings of cinnamon stewed pears, toasted almonds, heather honey and pipe tobacco on the palate, and topped off by a smoked barley, vanilla toffee and an orchard fruits finish.

Glenallachie
The distillery was established in 1967 and is located near Aberlour in Speyside and may be one of the youngest distilleries in Speyside. In 2017 Billy Walker-master distiller, Graham Stevenson and Trisha Savage came together to acquire the GlenAllachie distillery and form The GlenAllachie Distillers Company Limited. Together they have almost 100 years experience in the Scotch whisky industry. In July 2018 their first core range of single malts whiskies were released to the world. A range of 10,12,18 and 25 years old. In 2019 a visitor centre opened growing to now boast a bar and tasting room, offering tours and experiences. In 2021 Billy Walker was inducted into Whisky magazine’s hall of fame and their 10 year old cask strength won best single malt at the world whisky awards.
