This whisky has a unique nose of bursting with baked oats, butterscotch and toffee with notes of cinnamon, ginger snaps and heather honey, complimented by lashings of heather honey, orchard fruits and lemon zest, followed by white choclate, cinnamon and ginger on the palate, and topped off by a toffee and butter scotch finish.

GlenAllachie
The distillery was established in 1967 and is located near Aberlour in Speyside and may be one of the youngest distilleries in Speyside. In 2017 Billy Walker-master distiller, Graham Stevenson and Trisha Savage came together to acquire the GlenAllachie distillery and form The GlenAllachie Distillers Company Limited. Together they have almost 100 years experience in the Scotch whisky industry. In July 2018 their first core range of single malts whiskies were released to the world. A range of 10,12,18 and 25 years old. In 2019 a visitor centre opened growing to now boast a bar and tasting room, offering tours and experiences. In 2021 Billy Walker was inducted into Whisky magazine’s hall of fame and their 10 year old cask strength won best single malt at the world whisky awards.
