This whisky has a unique nose of honeyed chocolate, coffee mousse, soft creamy toffee, lemon curd, lime marmalde, ginger cake and salted peat smoke, complimented by turkish delight, fig syrup, tropical fruit salad, caramel, oranges, roasted coffee beans, maple syrup and dark chocolate on the palate, and topped off by a sweet island smoke is revealed in this darker amber autumn gold spirit. matured for 21 years in american white oak ex-bourbon barrells and finesses in ex-peated malt casks finish.

Jura
The distillery was established in 1810 and reborn in 1963 to bring life back to the island and the community. Almost every family on the island has a member who works in our distillery, with our distillery or in whisky-related tourism. Located 60 miles from the Scottish coastline the distillery is famous for its single malt whisky and produces 2.2 million litres of alcohol each year. You will find landscape of wild mountains, peaceful lochs and stormy seas. There is just one road, one pub, one whisky distillery. Jura whisky matters more to the people who make it and can taste their dedication in every sip. Jura welcomes visitors all year round at their visitor centre offering tours (Jura Whisky 2024)
