Daftmill Distillery

We are a small, new distillery so our whisky is very limited and therefore often sells out very quickly once released. Our first release was the 2005 Inaugaural Release – a very limited edition of just 629 bottles, a 12-year old released in June 2018. This was followed by our 2006 Summer (1665 bottles), 2006 Winter for the UK market (1625 bottles) and 2006 Winter for export (1265 bottles). Since then, we’ve released a number of bottlings for both our Summer and Winter seasons, as well as some single casks for our friends and partners. Most recently, we’ve brought out our second age statement release, a cask strength 15-year-old bottled at Fife Strength. Visit our releases page for details of most of our releases to date.
