The eighth release in this much-celebrated series, Ichiro’s Malt Chichibu The London Edition 2025 is a masterful Japanese single malt created exclusively for the UK market. This limited-edition bottling is composed of ten carefully selected casks, including two casks of heavily peated spirit. The whisky was primarily matured in ex-bourbon barrels, contributing soft sweetness and bright fruit character, alongside two Oloroso sherry casks, which bring layers of dried fruit and warming spice
