Bruichladdich Distillery.
“Is found on the Rhinns of the Isle of Islay in Scotland. The distillery produces mainly single malt whisky but also artisanal gin. It is one of eight working distilleries on Islay. Bruichladdich (Brook-laddy) was built in 1881 by the Harvey brothers and a state of the art distillery developed from old farm buildings.
It changed owners over 40 years several times. It was bought over in 2012 and went into full production in 2013.
Today about 16 farms grow barley for the distillery and passionate about the barley used to make their whisky. The distillery welcomes visitors year round for tours and tastings.
